  On Saturday December 23rd I went to buy a holiday tree, it was pouring rain and I went out to the garden section. The attendant was under a shelter, understandably trying to stay warm. I asked about a tree and was told that if it was the tree I wanted that I had to bring it over to the counter. I began to drag the tree backwards and fell over a make shift wall made of cinder blocks. At least at this time the attendant came over to help me up. I asked for a manager, nothing. The young lady who trimmed my tree was made aware of the situation, nothing. Here is the worse part, a manager came over to lock down the area. I made him aware that i fell, he asked if I was ok, I was honest when I said, I won't know until I get home, I had just fallen and i was soaked from the rain. He immediately ran over to reassemble the cinder blocks. I understand that the staff is young, but what abut safety protocol? What about safety procedures being in place? What about incident reports? I spent $187 inside and $22 for my tree and was told that i would get a plastic bag to dispose of the tree after the holidays, never got the bag, I will never, every return.
