  the worst store that touched me to go to buy my phone wait 2 hours a guy wrote me and I would like to call while other people entered without registering and attended first never return to that store, better attention gives you the sprint store in best buy Secaucus

  Spent the better of 3 hours waiting for someone to help me upgrade my Galaxy 6. Evident they were short staffed. New clients came in with questions and the sales people would stop assisting their clients to answer questions of someone who entered store after me, which only extended the waiting time, because no one was at front desk. to answer those questions. I renewed my contract yesterday and I am strongly considering voiding it and take the hit just to experience a different provider after 14 years with the sprint company. Shame! Shame! Shame!

  I love my experience every single time I walk into this Sprint store. The staff is very quick to attend to my needs and answer whatever questions or concerns I may have. I always leave the store with something new and satisfied with my purchase and with the service. My go to guy in this store is Jonathan L. who always takes his time with making sure I have everything I came in for and informs me of any deals or promotions I may be interested in. He really treats me like a valued customer and I appreciate that courtesy.
